Can I please request the following information from the ICB in regard to any Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services contracts within the geographical area that the ICB has responsibility for –

1. Please list the individual NEPTS contracts that the ICB holds.

2. Please provide the individual contract value for the financial year 2025/2026 for the listed contracts from question 1.

3. Please confirm if any of the Acute or Community Trusts with the ICB geography directly commissions NEPTS services to further support their patient groups. If so, please confirm the individual contract values for the Financial year 2025 – 2026.

4. Please confirm the rationale for any additional services and why they don’t fall within the scope of the ICB commissioned contract (s)

5. Can the ICB please provide the current local quality performance metrics for any contracts directly held with the ICB and provide performance over the last 6 months (August 2025 – January 2026)

1. North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust (NWAS).
2. The contract arrangement is a block arrangement for all the services which NWAS provide, with the appropriate national uplifts applied. The value for the individual service cannot therefore be disaggregated beyond an indicative value.
