Please provide:

1. The names of the NHS Trusts (Community and Acute Trusts) within the region which hold a contract or contracts to provide Paediatric Dental services

2. The Paediatric Dental Service Specifications for each contract at each Trust

3. The contracted Referral, Access and Acceptance Criteria for Paediatric Dental Services for each service specification for each Trust
