I am an orthodontic practitioner working in the Greater Manchester area and would like to obtain some information about the current NHS Orthodontic contract held by a particular provider in Wigan.  The contract is currently held by a Mr Paul Serrant.

The practice in question is:

United Kingdom

The information I am seeking about the currently held contract specifically relates to its availability for tender in the future and is:

1. What was the start date?
2. When does the contract terminate?
3. Is the contract recurring?

I believe under FOI the above information should be freely available to the public upon request but as an orthodontic performer working in this area I have a particular interest.

Would you be able to provide me with the details above?

1. The commencement date of this contract was 01/04/2024.
2. The termination date within this contract is 31/03/2027.
3. PDS contracts (contracts issued under the Personal Dental Services Regulations) are time limited and therefore naturally expire on the termination date.
