Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information for your ICB area:

1. Please provide a list of all GP practices currently trialing, piloting, or routinely using AI-powered medical scribe or transcription softwareto assist with patient consultations.
2. For each practice listed, please indicate whether patients are routinely informedthat an AI system may be used to record or transcribe their consultation, and the method of notification (e.g., verbal, written, consent forms).
3. Any relevant documentation or policy guidance your ICB has issued to GP practices regarding the use of AI scribesin consultations.

If you do not hold this information centrally, please advise which local practices or departments I should contact.

I would like the information in electronic format, ideally a spreadsheet or table listing each practice and the requested details.

1. NHS Greater Manchester (NHS GM) would not hold this information as this is per practice and each practice is autonomous. It will be necessary for you to contact each GP practice for the information you seek. To assist you, please find below list of all GP practices.
