I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please could you provide a copy of the IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation) policy that applied to patients in Bury, Greater Manchester under your commissioning arrangements during the period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.

If the policy changed at any point during this period, I would be grateful if you could provide all versions that were in effect, together with the dates they applied.

If responsibility for this policy sits wholly or partly with another body, I would appreciate it if you could either transfer this request to the appropriate organisation or advise me accordingly.

I would prefer to receive this information in electronic format.

Please find attached a copy of the policy that applied to patients in Bury during the period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.
