Questions:

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Scope of Request
Please confirm whether, between 1 May 2024 and 30 April 2025 (inclusive), any of the following individuals have undertaken any work for, or on behalf of, the Royal Borough of Greenwich, NHS South East London Integrated Care Board, Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, and/ or Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust whether directly or indirectly:

– Becky Swan (Senior Information Governance Lead & Deputy Data Protection Officer)
– Sarah Cale (also known as Sarah Berrevoets) 
– Sonny Brown 
– Mike Corrigan (Assistant Director, Health & Social Care Adult Operations – interim)

For each individual (where applicable), please provide:

1. Confirmation of involvement (mandatory response) 
Please state clearly “yes” or “no” as to whether the individual has undertaken any such work. 
If “no”, please confirm that this reflects the outcome of searches across both structured and non-structured records.

2. Capacity and basis of engagement 
The capacity in which the individual acted (e.g. employee, secondee, contractor, consultant, agency staff, or via a third-party organisation), including the name of any intermediary organisation where relevant.

3. Nature of the work 
A brief description of the work undertaken (e.g. information governance support, investigation, advisory role, data protection function, safeguarding review, etc.).

4. Dates and duration 
Start and end dates (or confirmation that the work is ongoing within the period), and whether the engagement was one-off, intermittent, or continuous.

5. Initiation and commissioning 
Which organisation initiated or commissioned the work (e.g. your authority, the Royal Borough of Greenwich, or another body), and the route by which the individual came to be engaged.

6. Cross-authority or safeguarding context 
Whether the work arose from, or formed part of, any cross-authority collaboration, escalation, safeguarding process, or data-sharing arrangement involving your authority and the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

7. Data-sharing / information governance basis 
The legal or governance framework under which any such work or information exchange took place (e.g. data-sharing agreements, memoranda of understanding, statutory powers).

8. Internal records held 
A description of the categories of records your authority holds relating to such work (e.g. emails, meeting notes, contracts, call logs, case management system entries), even if redactions may be required.

Metropolitan Police Interaction
9. Please confirm whether your authority has had any interaction, communication, or information exchange with the Metropolitan Police Service in relation to the following reference:

– Online submission: BOS-17281-25-0101-IR 
– CHS reference number: 20250929036020 

This includes (but is not limited to):

– Initiating contact with the Metropolitan Police Service, 
– Responding to contact from the Metropolitan Police Service, 
– Providing or receiving information (formally or informally), 
– Participation in any multi-agency or safeguarding discussions linked to this reference.

Where applicable, please provide:

– Dates of contact, 
– The capacity in which your authority was involved, and 
– The nature/purpose of the interaction.

Records, Retention, and Deletion
10. Please confirm whether your authority currently holds any records falling within the scope of this request.

11. If no records are held, please confirm whether:

– Records were previously held but have since been deleted, 
– Any such deletion was carried out in accordance with a retention schedule, and 
– The relevant retention policy and disposal timeframe applicable to such records.

12. Please confirm whether any information falling within scope is held in:

– Archived systems, 
– Backup systems, or 
– Personal or local storage used for council business (including email accounts or devices),

and whether these were included within your searches.

Clarifications to assist your search
– This request includes formal and informal arrangements, including work undertaken via email, meetings (including Microsoft Teams), telephone contact, advisory input, or review functions. 
– It includes work undertaken without a formal contract, if acting in a professional or quasi-official capacity. 
– It includes any work delivered through third-party organisations, consultancies, or recruitment agencies. 
– Searches should include both structured systems (e.g. case management systems) and non-structured records (e.g. email inboxes, shared drives), in line with the ICO’s “reasonable and proportionate search” standard.

– Provide any information that can reasonably be disclosed.

Based on the information provided and an examination of records held by NHS Greater Manchester, we hold no information which would indicate whether any of the individuals named in the request have undertaken work for the specified organisations.
