Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request detailed information on the 2026/27 BeCCoR payment structure.

Please provide:

1. The full BeCCoR payment framework, including:

– All pillars/components

– Payment mechanisms (capitation, activity-based, performance-based, etc.)

2. For each component:

– Total GM funding envelope

– Allocation methodology to localities, PCNs, or practices

– Payment routes (ICB → PCN → practice, or direct)

3. Any modelling or assumptions used to determine practice-level income.

4. Any guidance issued to PCNs or federations (including if applicable) on:

– Distribution of funds

– Pass-through arrangements

– Retention at PCN/federation level

5. Any performance metrics or thresholds required for practices to access full funding.

Please include any supporting documentation, slides, or financial models.
