Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I kindly request information.

  1. Is the AACC service delivered directly by the ICB or contracted out?
  2. Which AACC digital Case Management System is currently in use and when does the contract end?
  3. What is the total contract value (and annual value, if available) of the current AACC service or digital case management system?
  4. Are there plans to procure and implement a digital AACC case management solution in the next 12–24 months?
  5. If yes, who is the best contact (name, role, email, and phone number)?

  1. The AACC service is delivered directly by the ICB via our 10 locality teams.
  2. GM ICB currently have four digital case management systems as follows:

Broadcare – Bolton/HMR/Manchester/Oldam/Salford/Stockport/Tameside – Contract end date is 31/03/27

ADAM – Bury – contract end date 30/10/26

Care Track – Trafford – Contract end date is 31/03/27

QA Plus – Wigan – No formal agreement in place, ended 31/03/26

  1. Yes, GM ICB are currently in discussions to explore a joint procurement for one digital case management across the three NW ICB’s. This is still in infancy stages and ICB’s are in the process of obtaining agreement via their own Executive governance routes for sign off.

We are working towards ‘Go live’ date of April 2027.
