I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please could you supply me with the following…

 

Question 1.

  • The latest version of the local guidelines used for the treatment of Uterine Fibroids.
  • If there are no local guidelines written, then which National Guidelines are your clinicians directed to use?

 

Question 2.

  • The latest version of the local guidelines used for the treatment of Endometriosis.
  • If there are no local guidelines written, then which National Guidelines are your clinicians directed to use?

 

Question 3.

  • Which Hospitals within your catchment area are centres for the treatment of Uterine Fibroids and Endometriosis?

 

Question 4.

  • Can I have a link to the formulary of formularies that cover the hospitals listed in Question 3.

 

If this information is already publicly available, please direct me to the relevant electronic link.

 

I would prefer to receive the information in as an electronic link or copy if possible.

  1. NHS Greater Manchester ICB (NHS GM) does not currently hold any dedicated Greater Manchester-wide guidance or pathways on the management of uterine fibroids.

 

The Greater Manchester Medicines Management Group (GMMMG) formulary links to the relevant national NICE guidance:

  1. NHS GM does not currently hold any dedicated Greater Manchester-wide guidance or pathways on the management of endometriosis.
