Regarding the commissioning of Anti VEGf or Wet AMD services, I understand from previous FOI requests and pubications that you commission these services from a number of NHS trusts as well as private providers of NHS care eg Optegra, SpaMedica, ACES and PPG.
Can you share, for each provider, a redacted copy of the contract particulars including the award meachanism used, the current contract expirary date and renewal terms open to the commissioner.
NHS Trust provider contracts include a great number of services and are currently awarded on an annual basis under Direct Award Process A under the NHS Provider Selection Regime (PSR) with no renewal terms. If you require further details, please advise.
Current contracts with private providers are currently still being finalised and therefore are not available to be shared at this time.
