FOI 2026/1785

Please could the following questions be progressed via the formal FOI process as per the email trail below.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we would like to request the following information:

1. Details of GM PCNs declared CAIP compliance as of April 2025.
2. Details of GM PCNs that are or are soon to be undergoing PPV for CAIP 24-25.
3. Details of GM PCNs that have undergone PPV for CAIP 24-25.
4. Details of GM practices of those PCNs which have undergone PPV, and clawbacks in progress or having been completed and those other practices of the same PCN that have not been affected.

2. All GM PCNs will have been subject to a PPV process for CAIP 24/25.
3. The CAIP PPV 24/25 process has been completed for the attached list of PCNs identified through random selected the outcomes paper is below

4. The PCN DES requirements relate to PCN level delivery and therefore there has been no practice level PPV undertaken.
