This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request information on the below questions.

1. Can you please provide me with all meeting notes, minutes (manual or automated), automatic transcriptions and/or facilitator notes from the Federated Data Platform (FDP) system meetings and/or delivery group meetings for May and June 2026.

This is an FOI to all ICBs across England.

1. NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board (NHS GM) does not use FDP and does not convene any system or delivery group meetings and so does not hold this information. NHS GM has attended system and delivery meetings convened by the Trust Provider Collaborative who will hold any record of those meetings. The Managing Director of the Collaborative is hosted by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
