Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, in your role commissioning specialised immunology services (delegated from April 2025), please provide aggregate counts only (standard suppression accepted):

  1. The number of Blueteq / high-cost-drug prior approvals in force for hereditary angioedema long-term prophylaxis, by medicine (lanadelumab, berotralstat, garadacimab, plasma-derived C1-INH), for each month/quarter from January 2023 to the latest available.
  2. Where recorded, these counts by patient ICB of residence / responsible commissioner.
  3. The provider(s) through which these patients are managed (e.g. which specialist centre), so cross-boundary flow can be understood.
