Please may you provide me with the number of NHS CHC assessments carried out remotely via video conferencing by the ICB per year. I would like this data alongside the overall total number of NHS CHC assessments carried out by the ICB (whether remotely or in person).
I would like the data broken down for the most recent five years, with a year-end date of 5 April. If this cannot be provided, I would like the annual data for the last three years or, failing that, the most recent two years,
If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.
