I would like to request the following information in relation to the proposed Beal Valley and Broadbent Moss housing developments in Oldham, which together are expected to deliver approximately 1,700 new homes.

Please provide:
Copies of any Health Impact Assessments, healthcare capacity assessments or similar reports relating to these developments.

Copies of any assessments, modelling or analysis undertaken by the ICB regarding the likely impact of these developments on:
GP services and primary care capacity;
Community healthcare services;
Mental health services;
Urgent and emergency care; and
Any other NHS services expected to be affected.

Copies of any correspondence (including emails, letters, meeting notes or reports) between NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board and:
Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council;
The developers or their representatives;

or any NHS organisations, concerning the healthcare implications of the Beal Valley and Broadbent Moss developments.

Details of any planned or proposed additional healthcare infrastructure, including new GP premises, expanded surgeries or other NHS facilities, identified as necessary to support these developments.

Copies of any formal consultation responses, representations or advice submitted by the ICB in relation to these developments.

If no assessments have been undertaken, please confirm whether the ICB intends to assess the healthcare impacts of these developments before planning decisions are made.
