FOI 2026/1901

Under the FOI act, I would like a list of the services commissioned by Greater Manchester ICB for general practice and pharmacy outside of the GMS/PMS/APMS contract and the service specifications. This includes local enhanced services, the minor surgery DES and any other additional service open to GP practices or pharmacies.

Please provide (ideally in Excel format):

1. The name of the service
2. The budget for the service
3. Specify what place/location the service is for (eg, the whole ICB, Bolton only, Bury only, Heywood only, etc)
4. The service specification for each service – please ensure that you clarify which file name corresponds to which service
5. Please tell me the total local enhanced service budget for the ICB for 2026/27

If the service is a package (ie, ‘single offer’, ‘basket of services’) that incorporates a number of different services, please break this down to their component parts as much as possible.

Please see attached Beyond Core Contract (BeCCoR) documents for 26/27 which describes the locally commissioned services with GP Practices for GM provision as well as some local services for individual localities. Each locality has its own BeCCoR document.

To support these documents, please see attached spreadsheet confirming the budgets.

Additionally, the documents pack include Pharmacy enhanced services and details of allocated budgets against these services are also included within the same spreadsheet.
