1. Please provide links to the three most recent local LeDeR annual reports published for your ICB. If a report is not available online, please provide an electronic copy.

If the present ICB was established by combining previous ICBs, or inherited any geographical area or records from another ICB(s), please treat this request as also covering the three most recent local LeDeR annual reports published by every relevant predecessor ICB. This includes reports published before the present ICB existed and under a predecessor’s name.

Where an abolished predecessor ICB was divided between more than one successor ICB, please provide its reports if they are held by, or were transferred to, your ICB—even if only part of its former area transferred to your ICB.

1. Please provide the number of LeDeR reviews awaiting completion as at 30 June 2026, given separately as:

1. initial reviews; and
   b. focused reviews.

For the avoidance of doubt, this request covers information held directly by the ICB and information held on its behalf by any organisation commissioned or otherwise engaged to undertake or administer LeDeR reviews, for the purposes of section 3(2)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

1. Please provide the total budget allocated specifically to delivering LeDeR in each of the following financial years:

• 2024/25;
• 2025/26; and
• 2026/27.

Where the present ICB did not exist in 2024/25 or 2025/26, please provide the budget separately for each relevant predecessor ICB and the 2026/27 budget for the present ICB. If LeDeR does not have a separately identifiable budget, please confirm this.
