Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request contact information for all General Practitioner (GP) practices currently operating within your Integrated Care Board’s area.

Specifically, I request that the data be provided in an electronic format (CSV or Excel) containing the following fields for each practice:

 

  1. Official NHS Practice Code
  2. GP Practice / Surgery Name
  3. Main Administrative or Public Contact Email Address (e.g. reception, enquiries, or practice manager)

 

For the avoidance of doubt, I am requesting publicly held administrative contact addresses rather than personal email addresses of individual clinicians.

If email addresses are only available for a subset of practices, please provide what is held rather than treating the request as undeliverable in full.

If this information is already available in a centralised dataset, I would be grateful if you could direct me to the relevant URL.
