Thank you for your response. Further to my initial request, please can you provide the data for spending on Neurodiversity services with NHS providers?

i.e.:

1. Please provide your total annual spend (for each of the last three financial years,

FY23/24, FY24/25, FY25/FY26) on ADHD and Autism assessments, broken down by:

a. Total annual spend by third party private provider* AND NHS Trust provision

b. For each third-party private provider AND NHS Trust provision, total annual spend by assessment type (ADHD / Autism)

2. Please provide your total number of patients (for each of the last three financial

years, FY23/24, FY24/25, FY25/FY26) on ADHD and Autism assessments, broken down by:

a. Total number of patients assessed by third party private provider* AND NHS Trust provision

b. For each third-party private provider AND NHS Trust provision, total number of patients assessed by assessment type (ADHD / Autism)

Information in respect of the third party providers has already been provided to you as part of answers to questions 1 and 2 of FOI reference 1771, and therefore is not repeated here.

In respect of the cost of NHS Provided assessments, NHS GM does not hold data in respect of this. This is because the two primary Mental Health providers to NHS Greater Manchester (Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust and Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust) are remunerated through block contracts with NHS GM, which do not allow for NHS GM to separately identify the cost of individual services, such as those requested in question 1.
