I am requesting aggregate information about NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) administered by your Integrated Care Board. No personal or identifiable data is requested. For each item below, please provide the figure for each of the three most recent financial years for which data is available (ideally 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26), giving each year separately.
