Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following recorded information relating to community pharmacy and dispensing appliance contractor (DAC) market entry within the Wigan Borough Health and Wellbeing Board area.
1. A list of all applications for inclusion in the pharmaceutical list (or for relocation, change of ownership, or change of core opening hours) received on or after 1 January 2025 under the NHS (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013 – including applications under Regulations 13, 15, 17, 18, 25 and 26 – relating to premises or best-estimate locations within Wigan Borough. For each application, please state:
1. a. the date received;
b. the regulation under which it was made;
c. the applicant (or, if you consider the applicant’s identity exempt, the application type and status only);
d. the location applied for (ward, district or postcode area);
e. the proposed core and supplementary opening hours, where recorded;
f. its current status (pending, granted, refused, withdrawn), and the date of any decision.
2.
