I am making a Freedom of Information request for information related to the Primary Care Utilisation and Modernisation Fund (PCUMF) allocated for GP practices in 2025/26 in Greater Manchester ICB.
 
Please find below the information requested. I have presented it in descending order of importance, to assist the FOI team in case the cost of responding to the entire request exceeds the appropriate limit. 
 
1. Please specify the practices that received the PCUMF money (COLUMN C) 
 
2. Please enter the amount of money each of these practices received (COLUMN F) 
 
3. The amount of money initially allocated for all schemes, regardless of whether this ultimately was spent in 2025/26 (COLUMN D) 
 
4. A brief description of the upgrades for the successful schemes (COLUMN G) 
 
5. The status of the successful schemes: started/ongoing/finished (COLUMN I) 
 
6. A brief description of the proposed upgrades to all initially planned schemes, including those that did not happen (COLUMN E) 
 
7. Pleas estimate the potential appointments capacity created for each of the successful schemes (COLUMN H)
