Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the below information on the Edenfield Centre/Riverside Centre, ideally digitally.
How many formal complaints or concerns regarding LGBTQI conversion practices or attempts to change a patient’s sexual orientation or gender identity by staff members at the centre have been logged yearly since 2020? Please include date ranges per year.
NHS Greater Manchester (NHS GM) became responsible for the investigation of complaints about primary care services on 1 July 2023 and we hold data for complaints received from 1 July 2022. Our response to this question is therefore based upon the review we have undertaken of the records we hold.
This shows that NHS GM has not received any complaints of this nature against Edenfield Centre/Riverside Centre.
