For each Primary Care Network for which the ICB holds Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme financial records, including relevant records inherited from predecessor ICBs or transferred into the current ICB footprint, please provide the following information for the financial years 2025/26:

1. The PCN ODS codes
2. The PCN names
3. The PCN’s maximum or total ARRS reimbursement entitlement for the financial year.
4. The total value of ARRS claims approved and/or paid for the financial year.
5. The year-end unclaimed amount or underspend for each PCN in the financial year 2025/26

Where the unclaimed amount or underspend is not held as a separate recorded field, please provide the figures requested under points 3 and 4 so that the difference can be calculated.

Please also state whether the figures supplied for each year are:

• Final and reconciled;
• Provisional; or
• The latest available figures.

Where possible, please include the date on which the information was extracted from your financial system.

Please provide the information in a machine-readable format, preferably CSV or Microsoft Excel, with one row per PCN.

This request is limited to recorded, aggregate financial information. It does not seek personal data and does not ask the ICB to create new analysis.

If providing information for both financial years would exceed the appropriate cost limit under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act, please:

1. Advise how the remaining scope could be refined or narrowed under the duty to provide advice and assistance.

If the 2025/26 figures have not yet been finally reconciled, please provide the latest available figures, clearly stating their status and extraction date.

If any of the requested information is held by a predecessor authority, successor authority or another NHS body, please identify the relevant organisation and, where appropriate, transfer or route the request accordingly.
