I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding digital software/platforms used to support the NHS Lung Cancer Screening Programme, formerly known as the Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Programme, within your ICB area.

I would be grateful if you could provide the following information:

1. Current software

Does the ICB, or any Lung Cancer Screening programme commissioned by the ICB, currently use a dedicated software/platform to manage all or part of the Lung Cancer Screening pathway?

If yes, please provide:

1. Name of the software/platform
   b. Supplier
   c. Organisation holding the contract
   d. Which parts of the Lung Cancer Screening workflow the system supports
2. Current contract

For each relevant software/platform, please provide:

1. Contract start date
   b. Initial contract end date
   c. Current contract end date, if different
   d. Available extension options and whether these have been exercised
   e. Total contract value and/or annual contract value
   f. Procurement framework or route used, where recorded
2. Future procurement

Please provide any recorded information regarding plans to:

1. renew or extend the existing contract;
   b. re-procure the existing solution;
   c. replace the existing software/platform;
   d. procure a new Lung Cancer Screening workflow/platform; or
   e. consolidate multiple existing systems into a single solution.

Where recorded, please provide the anticipated procurement or decision date and anticipated implementation date.

4. Responsible organisation

If the ICB does not hold the relevant Lung Cancer Screening software contract, please identify the NHS Trust, Foundation Trust, Cancer Alliance host organisation, ICB or other organisation that holds or manages the contract, where this information is held.

5. Supporting information

Where readily available, please provide links to or copies of relevant:

• contract award notices;
• procurement notices;
• contract registers;
• procurement plans; and

relating to the systems identified above.
