A Maternity and Neonatal Voice Partnership (MNVP) listens to the experiences of women, birthing people, and families, and brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care. 

They ensure that the voice of people who use or work in services, are at the heart of decision-making. Our MNVP leads are embedded within the leadership of hospital trusts. 

MNVPs influence improvements in the safety, quality, and experience of maternity and neonatal care. 

If you get involved in your local MNVP, any feedback or suggestions you have will help to make positive change to services.
