NHS 111 Mental Health 2025

Following the roll out of NHS 111 Mental Health, the 0800 crisis helplines run by Pennine Care (0800 014 9995) and Greater Manchester Mental Health (0800 953 0285) will close at 8am on Monday 3 November 2025.

People can continue to quickly and easily access urgent mental health support by phoning 111 and selecting mental health option 2.

Any materials signposting to the 0800 helplines should be removed and replaced with NHS 111 Mental Health.
