4. How many patients have been referred to independent sector diagnostic providers under any formal agreements in the past 6 months?

5. Are there any plans to re-tender for diagnostic imaging services in the next 12 months? If yes, please specify modality and expected timeline

6. Do you operate or commission a Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC)? If yes, please state its location, imaging capacity by modality, and commissioning Trust or ICB.

5. NHS GM are in the process of developing commissioning intentions for 2026/27 which will set out the ICB plans for diagnostic services including any future procurements. These are still in development and so no decisions have yet been made.
