I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide the following information for the current financial year to date (April 2025 onwards):
1. A list of all providers commissioned by the ICB.
2. The speciality or service area commissioned for each provider.
3. The indicative activity plan (IAP) for each provider and speciality, including:
• The date the IAP was implemented (e.g., 1 July).
• Planned values.
4. Actual financial performance, provided per month, for each provider and speciality, including:
• Actual monthly expenditure – showing each month (E.g., April, May etc.).
• Financial variance against the indicative plan.
5. Confirmation of whether an activity management plan has been set for each provider or speciality, and where applicable, details of:
• The nature of the activity management plan.
• The date it was implemented.
• Any additional monies allocated.

3. The indicative activity plan (IAP) for each provider are aimed to be implemented at the beginning to the financial year with planned values, otherwise they are implemented by 1st July – planned values will be published in the contracts register once awarded.
