Children’s Community Nursing Team
The Children’s Community Nursing Team (CCNT) is part of the Northern Care Alliance. We provide specialist nursing care and support for children and young people from birth to 18 years old with short-term, long-term or complex health needs.
We work closely with families, hospitals and community services to help children receive the care they need at home, reducing the need for hospital visits and admissions where possible.
Service hours:
8.00am–8.00pm, 7 days a week.
Referrals:
Any healthcare professional can refer a child or young person living in Salford who has a medical diagnosis and requires nursing care.
