The Children’s Community Nurses are a team of nurses specially trained to help you nurse your child at home. We are part of the Tree House Children’s Centre.
Looking after children 0-16 years of age at home so they can be discharged from hospital earlier.
We work alongside other professionals and families offering support and advice in order for your child to be cared for at home.
We work closely with GPs to offer support to you and your child in order to avoid hospital admission.
We hold a non-urgent clinic twice a week so that children can be seen closer to home.
We cover a variety of conditions and illnesses.

Tuesday Clinic based at Mastercall Out of Hours GP 3pm-6pm (appointment only)
Friday clinic based at Tree House children’s unit SHH 2pm-5pm (appointment only)
We are based at the Treehouse Children’s Centre Stepping Hill Hospital
